What kind of help can I get from this program?
 

Immigration relief for a variety of cases including asylum (affirmative and defensive)< ICE detention, DACA and DACA renewals, Adjustment of Status, Green Card and Green card renewals, employment authorization documents and more.  

What does it cost?

 

We work on a sliding scale fee.  How much we charge is based on how much money you earn.

Who can get help?  
 

Immigrants living in Kentucky. 

Will I qualify?

Only a limited number of clients will be accepted. We offer legal consultations to most people; your lawyer or accredited representative can discuss whether or not they will take your case during the consultation.

What happens after I apply?

You will be notified within two weeks of your request as to whether you have been accepted into the program.
