CRCKY is a Department of Justice (DOJ) Recognized site, with one immigration lawyer and DOJ Partially Accredited Representatives. Any resident in Kentucky can apply for our assistance.

Are there cases you won't take?
We do not represent unaccompanied minors or do Habeas Corpus cases.
What does it cost?
Our services are offered on a sliding scale basis. Clients making 100% or less of the 2026 federal poverty guidelines qualify for free assistance. For a more detailed fee schedule, please click here.
Will I qualify for help?
Our immigration lawyer or DOJ Accredited Representatives will meet with you in person - or over Zoom - if that is no possible to discuss your case during an initial consultation. If we cannot take your case, we will tell you so.
