HOW CAN I GET HELP?
CRCKY is a Department of Justice (DOJ) recognized organization, with one DOJ Fully Accredited Representative and two DOJ Partially Accredited Representatives. Anyone who lives or is detained in Kentucky can apply for assistance.

Please note: our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Unless it is an emergency, we will not respond outside business hours.
This program is funded through generous grants from Maxwell Street Presbyterian Church's Endowment Fund, the Kentucky Bar Foundation, and the Fayette County Bar Foundation.

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Our services are offered on a sliding-scale basis. Clients whose income is at or below 100% of the 2026 federal poverty guidelines. qualify for free assistance. For a more detailed fee schedule, please click here.
WILL I QUALIFY FOR HELP?
Our legal Representatives will meet with you in person or over Zoom to discuss your case during an initial consultation. If we cannot take your case, we will tell you so.
ARE THERE CASES YOU DON'T TAKE?
We do not currently represent unaccompanied minors, and we do not take T visa, U visa, or VAWA cases. We also do not handle habeas corpus cases.
